Pickup Instructions — 10 Blade Pro Machinery
All machinery is in stock, stored indoors, and available for pickup by appointment only. Please review our pickup guidelines before arrival to ensure a smooth loading process. Pickup is by appointment only so we can stage your machine in advance and eliminate downtime.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
To prepare for your pickup, please ensure the following:
1. Bring the right vehicle or trailer
Your vehicle must be capable of safely transporting the machine's:
- Weight
- Footprint
- Height
- Center of gravity
If you're unsure, contact us — we'll confirm what's appropriate.
2. Bring proper tie-downs
We recommend:
- Heavy-duty ratchet straps
- Corner protectors
- Load bars (if enclosed trailer)
- Moving blankets (optional)
We do not provide tie-downs.
3. Know your machine's dimensions
We will provide:
- Weight
- Crate size
- Loading orientation
- Forklift pick points
This ensures your vehicle is appropriate.
4. Arrive on time
We stage machines in advance. Arriving on time ensures a smooth loading window.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
1. Check in at the gate
You will be directed to the loading area.
2. Your machine will already be staged
We prepare machines before you arrive so loading is:
- Fast
- Clean
- Safe
- Efficient
3. We load the machine for you
We use a forklift to place the machine onto your:
- Trailer
- Flatbed
- Pickup truck (if appropriate)
We do not load into enclosed vans, SUVs, or vehicles without proper access.
4. You secure the load
For liability reasons:
- We load the machine
- You strap and secure it
We will guide you on safe tie-down points if needed.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
For your safety and ours:
- No children in the loading zone
- No standing behind or under raised loads
- No climbing on machines or crates
- No entering the forklift operating area
- Closed-toe shoes required
We reserve the right to refuse loading if conditions are unsafe.
WHAT WE PROVIDE

WHAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE
- Tie-downs or straps
- Moving blankets

AFTER LOADING
Before leaving, verify:
- All straps are tight
- Load is balanced
- Tailgate is secured
- Accessories and hardware are accounted for
- Your route home avoids low clearances if hauling tall crates
Once you leave the facility, the load becomes your responsibility.

Every machine at 10 Blade Pro Machinery is physically in stock, stored indoors, and protected from the elements from the moment we acquire it until the moment it leaves our facility.
To maintain safety, efficiency, and operational clarity, the following storage policies apply to all purchases.
INDOOR STORAGE STANDARDS
All machines are stored in a secure, gated, indoor facility with:
- 24/7 surveillance
- Climate-controlled storage
- Zero outdoor exposure
- Zero moisture exposure
- Zero UV exposure
- Zero temperature swings
Your machine remains in the same protected environment until pickup.
FREE STORAGE WINDOW
10 Blade Pro Machinery provides 7 days of free indoor storage after purchase.
This ensures:
- You have time to arrange transportation
- We can stage your machine properly
- Pickup is smooth and efficient
EXTENDED STORAGE
If you need additional time beyond the 7-day free window, extended storage is available at:
$25 per day
(Indoor, secure, climate-controlled)
Extended storage must be arranged before the free window expires.
WHY STORAGE FEES EXIST
Storage fees ensure:
- Machines are not held indefinitely
- Inventory remains accurate
- Floor space stays available
- Staging and loading remain efficient
- Operational flow is maintained
This policy keeps the dealership running smoothly and ensures fairness for all buyers.
UNCLAIMED MACHINES
If a machine is not picked up within 30 days of purchase and no storage extension has been arranged, the machine will be considered abandoned.
At that point:
- The machine may be resold
- Storage fees will continue to accrue
- No refunds will be issued
This protects the integrity of our inventory and prevents indefinite holds.
STAGING & LOADING PREPARATION
Before your pickup appointment, we:
- Pull the crate
- Verify all included hardware
- Confirm forklift access
- Prepare the loading area
- Ensure a fast, safe loading process
This preparation is included at no cost.
WHAT STORAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Storage does not include:
- Delivery
- Freight services
- Installation
- Setup
- Long-term warehousing
- Outdoor parking for trailers or vehicles
We are a machinery dealership, not a storage facility.
CHANGES TO PICKUP DATE
If you need to reschedule your pickup:

- We will adjust your staging window
- Storage fees may apply if the new date exceeds the free window

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, transactions, and interactions with 10 Blade Pro Machinery LLC ("Seller"). By purchasing equipment from Seller, the Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms outlined below.
All sales are final, as-is, where-is, and without warranty.
1. NATURE OF INVENTORY
Seller specializes exclusively in:
- New In Crate (NIC)
- New Old Stock (NOS)
- Open-Box (unused)
All equipment is unused, but may be:
- Factory-sealed
- Previously displayed
- Returned unused
- Non-current model year
- Overstock
- From dealer closures or distributor liquidations
Seller does not sell used, refurbished, repaired, or reconditioned equipment.
2. AS-IS, WHERE-IS — NO WARRANTY
Buyer acknowledges that all equipment sold by 10 Blade Pro Machinery LLC ("Seller") is sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with NO WARRANTY of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, condition, or suitability. Seller makes no guarantees regarding the presence or absence of defects, including defects that may exist in factory-sealed or unopened equipment. Buyer understands and agrees that Seller has not inspected the internal components of factory-sealed machines and cannot verify operational status, completeness, or manufacturing quality. Buyer assumes full responsibility for inspecting and testing the equipment upon possession.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for securing the load, transporting the machine, and safely unloading it at their destination. Once the machine is loaded onto the buyer's vehicle or trailer, all liability transfers to the buyer.
Buyer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Seller, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from the equipment after the sale, including claims related to latent, hidden, or unforeseeable defects. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This clause applies to every transaction, without exception.
3. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Seller does not accept:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Buybacks
- Trade-ins
Once payment is made, the sale is complete.
4. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
Buyer is solely responsible for:
- Inspecting the equipment upon possession
- Verifying compatibility with their electrical system
- Verifying machine specifications
- Transporting the equipment safely
- Securing the load
- Unloading at their destination
- Installation, setup, and calibration
Seller does not provide installation, setup, or operational training.
5. RISK OF LOSS & LIABILITY TRANSFER
Risk of loss transfers to Buyer the moment the equipment is loaded onto Buyer's vehicle or trailer.
Once loaded:
- Seller is no longer responsible for the equipment
- Buyer assumes all liability
- Buyer is responsible for securing the load
- Buyer is responsible for safe transport
Seller is not liable for:
- Transport damage
- Tie-down failure
- Road hazards
- Accidents
- Improper unloading
6. PICKUP ONLY — NO FREIGHT, NO DELIVERY
Seller does not offer:
- Freight shipping
- LTL shipping
- Residential delivery
- Commercial delivery
- Crating services
- Liftgate services
All equipment is pickup only at Seller's facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Seller accepts the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Cashier's check
- Bank wire
- Zelle (within limits)
Seller does not accept:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- PayPal
- Financing
- Personal checks
Payment must be made in full before equipment is released.
8. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
Buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Condition of equipment
- Performance
- Suitability
- Defects (latent or otherwise)
- Buyer's change of mind
- Buyer's inability to use the equipment
All sales are final.
9. STORAGE POLICY
Buyer receives 7 days of free indoor storage after purchase. After 7 days, storage is $25 per day. After 30 days, unclaimed equipment is considered abandoned and may be resold with no refund.

10. GOVERNING LAW
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved in San Bernardino County, California.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seller's maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the equipment.
Seller is not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Downtime
- Labor costs
- Business interruption
- Incidental or consequential damages
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
